Cancellation Policies

Impediment to carry out the program due to force majeure or fortuitous event:
In the event that events occur that endanger the participants, the date of the event will be rescheduled, or if this is not possible, a partial refund will be made.

This refund would be made within 15 business days following the notification of the decision to cancel the program and the registration of the data where such return must be made, if the public and physical situation allows it and will correspond to 90% of the payment.

Participant’s illness:

In the event that the participant cannot attend the program due to being ill, a medical excuse must be presented, if it is valid, the participant can choose if he wants a bonus (valid for one year) for 90% of the value charged to the participant, for another Sanpablines SAS program, or if you want a partial refund to be made.

The return mentioned in the previous paragraph, corresponds to 80% of the payment made by the participant, and will be carried out within 15 business days following the notification of the situation and the registration of the data where such return must be made.
